Phuket Legal Firm

Notarial Services

Our Notarial Services Attorney assists individuals, companies and international clients with certification, witnessing and documentation for use in Thailand and overseas.

Documents for Overseas Use

Depending on the destination and document, the process may involve notarial certification, translation, authentication or legalisation, apostille procedures where applicable, Thai government authorities, embassies or consulates.

Receiving Authority Requirements

The authority receiving the document determines what form of certification it will accept. Clients should confirm its requirements where possible.

Do Not Sign in Advance

If your signature must be witnessed, generally do not sign the document before attending. Send us a copy first if unsure.

Notarial Certification vs Legal Advice

Certification of a document or signature is not necessarily the same as providing legal advice on the contents of the document.
